Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or refunds due to the nature of the product (food).
Refunds or Replacements
In case you receive a damaged product, please inform us at the earliest possible moment, ideally with pictures. This helps us improve our packaging and processes to avoid disappointment in the future. We will discuss possible options, either a refund or replacement of the entire kit or for the damaged parts.
