What you will need

Extra Ingredients Needed
- 150ml (10tbsp+2tsp) whole milk
- 118g unsalted butter
- Apple cider vinegar or regular white vinegar
Oat Crumb Topping Instructions

- Crumb flour mix
- Crumb sugar mix
You will need
- 68g (5tbsp) unsalted butter, melted & warm (not hot)

Place the crumb sugar mix with the melted butter in a bowl. Stir well until smooth, about a minute.

You will need
- 150ml (10tbsp+2tsp) whole milk
- 50g (3.5tbsp) unsalted butter, melted and warm (not hot)
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar (or regular white vinegar)

Preheat the oven to 350F and prepare your cupcake/muffin pan with liners.
Vegan Baking Tips
Butter can be replaced with equal amount of vegan butter, milk with oat milk. Follow recipe exactly, bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
Final Serving
You could also warm the muffin for 5-10 seconds in the microwave for an elevated experience!
